Refund Policy

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment.

 

We do not offer cash refunds for services, but we are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment to address your concerns.


Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.

2. Product Refunds & Exchanges

Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. 

Opened or used products can only be exchanged if defective.

3. Missed Appointments & Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.


No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

4. Color & Chemical Services

Due to the nature of color and chemical treatments, results may vary based on hair history and condition. We will always provide a consultation before starting, but refunds are not offered for these services.

5. How to Request a Refund or Adjustment

Contact us via phone, email, or in person with your receipt or booking details.

 

We will review your request promptly and work with you to find the best solution.
