Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.

  • A deposit of 50% of your service fee may be required to secure your booking.

  • Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.

3. Service Satisfaction

  • We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 2 days of the service so we can address your concerns.

  • Refunds are not offered for completed services, but adjustments may be made at our discretion.

4. Health & Safety

  • Please inform your stylist of any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.

5. Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into the salon.

6. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit, debit, paypal, and cash.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information will only be used for booking, communication, and service purposes. We will never share your details without consent.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
